PYEIN was founded in 2015 with a founding team of only 5 people. Now we have a production team of 80+ people and a service team of 40 people, and are expanding at a rate of 30% every year. We are committed to providing services to high-end hotels, conference centers, theme restaurants and clubs around the world. Our services cover 3D product design, 3D scene construction, standardized production control, strict quality management, customized packaging needs, consultative sales and after-sales service. Carrying Forward the Legacy of Grandfather's Pioneering Spirit and Integrit
In my early years, my grandfather served as my role model. He was a pioneer, fearlessly leading the people of our hometown in transforming rugged terrain into fertile farmland and constructing dams to irrigate the fields. However, he didn't seek personal gain; instead, he devoted his entire life to the development of our community. He earned respect locally and was hailed as the embodiment of the 'Taozhuang River Spirit.' His innovative spirit, coupled with unwavering integrity, inspired those around him.
Influenced by my grandfather, I embarked on my entrepreneurial path during my college years. Armed with the diligent and wealth-creating spirit of our family, I faced numerous challenges that few of my peers and young adults had encountered. Gradually, I steered my business in the right direction, eventually establishing our own brand. I realized that continuous innovation and improvement of our products and services could only be achieved by standing in the shoes of our customers and users, empathizing with their perspectives and needs, and delivering enduring value.
Authentic Materials Leading My Journey Forward
One unforgettable story dates back to 2017 when stainless steel dominated the buffet table market. However, I noticed a few customers requesting customized wooden buffet tables. Upon delivery, the feedback was, 'They look beautiful, but they're not sturdy enough.' Recognizing a substantial opportunity, I discarded the initial products and embarked on refining the craftsmanship, enhancing the mortise-and-tenon structure. The result was exceptionally satisfying to our customers upon delivery. Subsequently, I expedited production and introduced a substantial batch to the market, which received an overwhelmingly positive response.
This product and its derivatives have remained bestsellers in the market for the following five years, yielding substantial profits.
Nonetheless, my focus goes beyond monetary gains; I prioritize customer feedback and continuously learn from our valued clients, attentively listening to their ideas. I firmly believe that by adhering to principles of ethical conduct and persistent innovation and consistently delivering benefits to our customers, our brand can earn continued recognition and respect.
